These baby milestone photography sessions are all about preserving the everyday magic of your child’s first year. Whether it’s a simple cake smash or just capturing this special stage of life, I’ll create a stress-free, authentic experience that turns fleeting moments into timeless images you’ll treasure forever.

HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL TO DO IN-HOME SESSIONS?

I proudly offer in-home photography sessions to families within a 45-mile radius of Lake in the Hills, Illinois. Whether you're expecting, just welcomed a little one, or want to freeze time with your growing family, I’d love to help you capture it all.

Travel Fee Policy – Based on Distance from Lake in the Hills

  • Within 25 miles – No Travel Fee

  • 26 to 35 miles – $50 Travel Fee

  • 36 to 45 miles – $100 Travel Fee

HOW LONG ARE 1ST BIRTHDAY IN-HOME SESSIONS?

In-home first birthday sessions last one hour, providing a relaxed and enjoyable experience to celebrate this exciting milestone. This timeframe allows us to capture a variety of moments—from playful interactions and candid smiles to special traditions like cake smashes—without any rush.

Conducted in the comfort of your own home, the session creates a familiar and stress-free environment for your little one to shine. The one-hour session is ideal for preserving the joy and personality of your child’s first birthday with beautiful, timeless images you’ll cherish forever.

DO YOU BRING PROPS TO IN HOME SESSIONS?

For first birthday sessions, I focus on capturing your child’s personality and the joy of this milestone in the comfort of your home, so I don’t typically bring props. If you have special items or decorations you'd like to include, please feel free to have them ready.

Please note: Due to allergy concerns and personal preferences, families are also asked to supply the cake for any cake smash portion of the session. This ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for your little one.
